Protecting our Religious Freedom and Serving the Needy

We are reaching out for your assistance to safeguard our constitutional rights and continue our vital work of providing for the less fortunate in our community. Over the past six years, we have faced unjust actions from the state of Michigan and the Kalamazoo County Health Department, infringing upon our ability to operate God's Kitchen of Michigan, our church-owned nonprofit soup kitchen.

The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution ensures our freedom to practice our faith without government interference, and the Fourteenth Amendment reinforces these protections at the state level. Despite these constitutional guarantees, we have experienced ongoing harassment and unwarranted regulations that impede our religious mission to serve the community.

We have initiated this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for legal representation, seeking to challenge this government overreach. Through your generous contributions, we aim to secure experienced legal counsel to defend our rights and push back against the unjust treatment we have endured. Your support is critical in enabling us to continue our charitable efforts without undue interference from the authorities.
